MS EXCEL Shortcuts Shortcut Keys Description

o   F2  = Edit the selected cell.
o   F5  = Go to a specific cell. For example, C6.
o   F7 =  Spell check selected text or document
o   F11  = Create chart.
o   Ctrl + Shift + ; =  Enter the current time.
o   Ctrl + ; =  Enter the current date.
o   Alt + Shift + F1 = Insert New Worksheet.
o   Shift + F3  = Open the Excel formula window.


o   Shift + F5 Bring up search box.
o   Ctrl + A  = Select all contents of the worksheet.
o   Ctrl + B = Bold highlighted selection.
o   Ctrl + I Italic =  highlighted selection.
o   Ctrl + K  = Insert link.
o   Ctrl + U = Underline highlighted selection.
o   Ctrl + 5  = Strike-through highlighted selection.
o   Ctrl + P  = Bring up the print dialog box to begin printing.

o   Alt + = = Create a formula to sum all of the above cells
o   Ctrl + ' Insert = the value of the above cell into cell currently selected.
