Step 1:- Type *#6984125*# Then press "Call" Button.
Step 2:- One  Window Will Open Then Go To "Internals".
Step 3:- You Need Master Key For This Type *#9072641*# As Master Key.

Step 4:- After That Go To "Java Settings" Then In This "VM Setting". 
Step 5 :- You Will See Three Options In This Go to "VM Mode" Change It To "MVM" And User Allow Background.
In Second Option You Will Find The Maximum Number Of Applications You Can Keep Minimized. (Let it be default 1).
In Third Option You Have Choice That What You Want To Be Done In The Applications When You Minimize It Or Just Hide It, Pause Only Or Pause & Hide.

Step 6 :- Select Your Choice Options Then Click On Save, Your Phone Will Reboot.

Step 7 :- Open Any Applications, Let It Start, Then Press Red key, Complete Yeeee, You Will Find Minimize Button In The Middle. Just Press The Middle Button To Minimize It (Wait Just 10 Seconds) Then Press The Back Key.
